Best Care Nurses Registry opened in 1980 and has referred private-duty caregivers to South Florida families ever since. Over 46 years the company has grown to four offices across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Brevard — but it has never stopped being what it started as: a family business where the owners know the clients.

Run by a nurse and an attorney

Jacque is a registered nurse with a BSN and years of nursing and management experience. As our Health-Care Concierge, she personally manages every new client — matching families with the right caregiver, overseeing the care team, and staying reachable day or night for anything from a change in condition to help with insurance paperwork.

Marc, an attorney, leads the business side. His background means the fine print — long-term care insurance policies, assignments of benefits, the contracts families sign — is read by someone trained to find what works in the client's favor. It's an unusual combination for a home-care company, and it's exactly why families trust us with the people they love most.
