What the Concierge Program is
When you call Best Care, you don't reach a call center or a rotating case manager. You reach Jacque, our registered-nurse owner, who personally takes on your family as a client. She learns the medical picture, the household, and the personalities involved — then matches you with a caregiver who fits, and stays reachable as your single point of contact for as long as you need care.

What's included
- A personal RN point of contact. One nurse who knows your case — reachable day or night for anything from a change in condition to a question about the schedule.
- Caregiver matching. We match your family with a screened caregiver based on care needs, temperament, and routine — not just whoever is available.
- Ongoing oversight. Your care is monitored and adjusted as needs change, so you're never managing the caregiver alone.
- Insurance handled for you. If you have a long-term care policy, we verify the benefits and file the claims on your behalf.
- Our compatible-caregiver guarantee. If a caregiver isn't the right fit, tell us and we'll find a better match.
No minimums, no surprise pricing. The Concierge Program has no minimum-hour requirement and no weekend or holiday pricing differential — the care scales to what your family actually needs.
