South Florida home care · since 1980
Around-the-clock care that lets your parent stay home.
Live-in and 24/7 caregivers across South Florida — overseen by our RN owner, and often covered by long-term care insurance.
You talk to Jacque, our RN owner — not a call center.
The Best Care difference
You get our RN owner's number. Not a call center.
Jacque is a registered nurse and co-owner of Best Care. She personally manages every new client and oversees the care team, so you're never handed off to a dispatcher who has never met your family. Call or text her directly about care levels, scheduling, or insurance paperwork.
"Call or text me directly — day or night — for anything from changing your level of care to help filling out insurance forms."
However much care you need
From a few hours to around-the-clock.
Around-the-clock
Two caregivers, full 24/7 coverage for the highest level of need.
Live-in
A dedicated caregiver in the home, day and overnight.
Full-time days
Consistent daytime help with everyday routines.
Part-time
A few hours on the days you need an extra hand.
Our caregivers help with bathing, dressing, mobility and transfers, medication reminders, light meals, and companionship — matched to your loved one and overseen by our RN owner.
Two ways to pay
Long-term care insurance or private pay.
Long-term care insurance
Have a long-term care policy? It often covers live-in and in-home care. We file the claim for you and handle the paperwork, so you use every benefit you're owed.
Private pay
No policy? Private-pay home care in your area averages about $30 an hour, billed simply — no long-term contracts and no hidden fees.
One honest note: Best Care is a private nursing registry, so we're unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid.
